Are you using MAC activation or M3U link?
You are now mixing those,
if you use MAC, only portal URL and no user/pass.
If you use M3U, enter server (portal url without /c) + user and password.
Can you try /c/ instead of /c
and what is the exact error you are seeing?
If your MAC is correct it should work, however I have never seen the device you are using so I can’t guarantee success…
I used the trial and it worked now I bought a subscription and it does not work
I only know the theory and how it should work.
If you managed to make it work I advice to do this the exact way it worked with the trial.
Maybe you can try MyTVOnline met M3U instellen (Xtream API) method.

Are you sure the entered username and password are correct?
If your M3U link works in the test, it should work elsewhere too.

M3U werkt. Als ik bijvoorbeeld de URL verkeerd type krijg ik de melding connection to server failed. Ik heb dus wel iets van een connectie, maar krijg een foutmelding: failed to update channel list.
Ik heb nog zo’n kastje waarvoor ik de GOLD heb afgesloten en deze werkt wel op dezelfde manier. Inderdaad zonder username en password.
Nu met de platinum op dit kastje doet die het niet.
Vraag eens een Gold test aan en test die op het boxje waar Platinum niet werkt…
Als je jouw Platinum M3U link in bijv. GSE IPTV test en deze werkt daar wel, dan lijkt het aan de box te liggen…
Feitelijk wordt een M3U lijst gedownload, als dat werkt is aan onze kant alles in orde. Het is aan de applicatie om dit om te zetten in een bruikbare lijst, hier krijg ik met je M3U link gewoon een playlist binnen.
Ik heb nu een gold trial aangevraagd. Ik zal laten weten of deze wel werkt op dit kastje.
Met de gold trial werkt hij wel. Kan ik de platinum omzetten in gold of iets dergelijks?
